- SMShry MrseMar 9, 20231.0I dread the thought of having to deal with anyone at the Pharmacy inside Kroger on Main St, NMB, SC, except the actual Pharmacist. They seem to be friendly enough, but the employees are so rude and uncaring, that you're lucky if you get a nice HELLO, how are you. Normally you only get a very low-toned" date of Birth, please," and you have to question them to make sure of what they said. It seems as though they are determined to make sure your experience is so exasperating and time-consuming that you will not want to come back. I can go in 5 out of six months using the same HSA card and suddenly on my sixth visit my HSA card, which has my hard-earned money, not the Gov, or Medicaid on it, is no longer accepted and no one can give an answer as to why, or how that's even possible. Or my $10 discount card for my $400 blood-thinners, Eliquis, is no longer working, when it just worked the last 3 times I used it there. It's just always something and nothing is handled with one ounce of Customer Service.
