- KKKelushanDec 2, 20253.0The staff was extremely nice and the tech Alyssa was lovely to talk to and was very helpful. The sales rep seemed to kinda push extra options which bothered me a bit. The 2 for $79 deal is nice but the options they have are VERY limited and rather ugly with most being too small for me. From there the price jumps up quite a bit. With $90 off via insurance, the $130 pair I went with came out to almost $200 after lenses, coating, and the exam. The telehelp eye exam was also somewhat worrisome for me, I feel like the video doc kinda rushed things, he didn't use different letters that often and the phoropter didn't feel as good as the older manual machines and I had to lean my head forward in a weird position to see through it and focus was going in and out. Overall, it's not bad, it's even a good deal if they have the frames they have in the 2 for $70 that you like.
