- JSJenny SchafferOct 3, 20251.0I was disappointed with my experience here. I arrived just 8 minutes late, within their “10-minute grace period”. However, by the time they looked me up, I was considered 1 minute late and was turned away. It felt like they had overbooked appointments, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. A little more flexibility or better scheduling would go a long way. Very frustrating when you make an appointment ahead of time and they are very inflexible so you get turned a way. I didn’t receive a call or anything about this “10 minute grace period.” Definitely won’t be returning.

I called Pearle North Charleston and they had his prescription (from our pearle vision in Ga) faxed over so they could get him a pair of contacts within the hour! vacation was saved! I so appreciate that they took the time to address our dilemma late in the day with professionalism and care!
