  Been here very few times because it’s close to my house and have been so disappointed multiple times. Took my mom here because she was obviously not okay for them to tell her it’s a cold, the next day she goes somewhere else and it was actually diabetes. Came here the other day for me extremely dehydrated after having a major fever throwing up non stop for them to not give me any liquids which could’ve caused organ failure and now I’m facing kidney damage from dehydration. We even asked if they give liquids and they said yes when they chose to.

  I have used this facility 2 times and both times I've been very glad I did. Quick and friendly staff. Nice facility. I walked in and out in 45 minutes with prescriptions I need. Rachel was very professional. And DeeAnn at the front desk was nice and personable!

  Currently sitting here now I have never had such a worse experience in my life with a nurse practitioner, honestly she seems disgusted with even looking at humans or even trying to help them so I actually don't even know why she is in this line of business, she was extremely rude and just I've never been treated in such a manner , I highly recommend no one come here!!! Or at least not to see the doctor I seen , Her names Erika raines, the nurses are amazing the doctor or whatever she calls her self or wants to label her self with was extremely rude and unprofessional, in my opinion she does not deserve the opportunity to help others , because she could care less about helping them. Our health care system is really crappy , not only that she walked in the door and didn't even address who she was I have never ever in my life felt so belittled after going to a doctor, I come on with low blood sugars and unexplained bruises all over me and she tried to tell me my hemoglobin was in normal range well it's not and little do most people know your hemoglobin can be okay and you can still be anemic but that's with a normal name which mine was. It also that's a different panel she refused to do any of which I asked never in my life will I come here again and I do not want her to call me for any kind of results nor do I expect for her to call me for the test I did beg for

  I have used Sweetwater ER several times, but I have to say it is always amazing the care I've gotten. Yesterday morning especially, where do you go that you see the doctor in your room before you even get settled. Every person I had contact with was so nice and caring. If you need taken care of with urgency and so caring go to this ER. Thank you everyone there.
