Please be aware that if you go to this urgent care, you will be billed as if you have gone to a primary care physicians office visit.
I received a bill for more than $500 for an urgent care walk-in visit at this facility. When I called to question I was told this address only bills under a primary care office visit coding. So even though they advertise as prompt care or urgent care you will get a huge bill that is not accurately reflective of the type of visit

I had a good experience here today. I’ve been feeling under the weather and the ladies that took me back were very uplifting which I appreciate. The PA that took care of me I believe his names Michael Posada was awesome, he was very personable and listen to all my concerns. High quality people at least in my opinion!

I have had so many bad experiences with the GP Scott Rice. Yesterday no choice but go to prompt care. I arrived @ 11:00 not many ahead of me. I waited & saw a nurse practitioner whom was absolutely worthless.i received horrible care and felt rushed because they close @ 12 on Friday & it was 1:15. I have been sick with a barking cough, sore throat, sinus congestion for a week. I know my body I have a sinus infection. I was sent home without antibiotics. Did get a prescription couch syrup that does not work
It’s wild to me that the person at the front desk is the person who asks you the reason for your visit and to publicly announces to the whole waiting room what your symptoms are.
It’s also annoying that they have two waiting rooms but you’re only allowed to sit on one side with all the other sick people.
The two ladies at the front desk (older lady in the middle and younger one to the right of the entrance) were extremely unprofessional. The older one got snappy with me and mumbled a smart remark as she was leading me to my mom’s exam room. When asked the name of the lady, they refused to answer. They also refused to give me the correct number to discuss my concerns with a manager. They shouldn’t be working as medical receptionist with those attitudes, yet alone in healthcare. They are the faces of your office. I know this review will be overlooked, but I wanted to share my experience. As for the back office staff, everyone was pleasant. They were all happy and greeted my mom and me with smiles. Please more training on professionalism. 09/12/2024
