Waited for over an hour for Dr to join my telehealth appointment. I have now been waiting for days on end for the same Dr to send in a prescription to a pharmacy to be filled. Nothing has helped speed this along; not MyChart messages, not calling the triage line, not showing up in person. Y’all… get it together and get some employees who actually care about their patients. I’m still without the antibiotics I need and I’m still waiting to hear literally anything back.

Dr. Sharpe has my best interest at heart. I feel very comfortable with his advice. I would recommend anyone to go to him.
Kind and thorough and felt everyone was part of the Doctor’s team. This is nice in the current medical atmosphere.

Absolutely slow to do anything, waited for just about an hour just to finally see someone pull my name off a lab list and take it to the back, AFTER waiting for almost an hour. I definitely was not the only upset person in that waiting room.

Waited from 1:08 til 1:57 online for telehealth appt that Dr never showed up.
I have never been able to get an appt as needed. This Dr now does not have any appts until after the first of the year. Congestive heart failure, lung disease and others problems since Jan 25, can not get the care I need and the office is unconcerned.
This would have never been accepted back when I was practicing medicine!
