- CRcasey rentzFeb 1, 20265.0Great Service and Professionalism! Friday evening was crazy busy at Kroger. The weather conditions were worsening outside and there were so many people inside the store. Jerry at the pharmacy counter was calm, collected, and Professional. Im a disabled veteran and was unable to get my prescriptions filled at the VA. I have never had a prescription filled at a Pharmacy outside the VA and was unsure of the process. Jerry was able to get my prescriptions filled and paid for all within an hour. Great Job to Jerry and Kroger!

- KHKristi HannszNov 25, 20251.0I realize that the pharmacy closes for lunch from 1 to 130 but I sat in The drive-Through line for 20 minutes prior to 1 o’clock and when I finally get to the window two minutes after 1 o’clock, the window was closed for lunch. They just closed up the window with people in line waiting. Courtesy would have been to finish the cars that were in the drive-through prior to 1 o’clock before they close. there was only two cars left in line. I was on lunch too and only had a limited time so now I have to go without my prescription. I guess I’m going to have to send my prescription elsewhere.
- CNC NungesterOct 17, 20231.0Last two times my husband and I have gone to the pharmacy at the Knox Ave location to pick up prescriptions the pharmacy techs have been VERY rude. I also don't understand why I have to specifically ask them to check my prescriptions against the Kroger Savings Plan that I paid $72 to have for discounts that are many times lower than my insurance rate. Shouldn't that be done automatically? If they aren't going to use it then I want my subscription fee back. They hassled my husband about it too.
