  I realize that the pharmacy closes for lunch from 1 to 130 but I sat in The drive-Through line for 20 minutes prior to 1 o’clock and when I finally get to the window two minutes after 1 o’clock, the window was closed for lunch. They just closed up the window with people in line waiting. Courtesy would have been to finish the cars that were in the drive-through prior to 1 o’clock before they close. there was only two cars left in line. I was on lunch too and only had a limited time so now I have to go without my prescription. I guess I’m going to have to send my prescription elsewhere.

  Have been going to this pharmacy now for 6 yrs & have never had a problem. Whether we use the drive-through or go inside, the staff are always friendly & efficient. They notify us of any potential complications with our meds, & make sure our questions are answered. We also get our annual flu vaccines here & the techs are wonderful The wait time is occasionally a bit excessive a but excessive, but that happens everywhere.

  the worst pharmacy you could ask for. Do not go here if you are sick or need medication in a timely fashion. This is the most unsympathetic pharmacy I've ever been too. Horrible people

  Last two times my husband and I have gone to the pharmacy at the Knox Ave location to pick up prescriptions the pharmacy techs have been VERY rude. I also don't understand why I have to specifically ask them to check my prescriptions against the Kroger Savings Plan that I paid $72 to have for discounts that are many times lower than my insurance rate. Shouldn't that be done automatically? If they aren't going to use it then I want my subscription fee back. They hassled my husband about it too.
