As we both turned into first-time glasses wearers at 40, we weren't sure what to expect and both Salem and Chandler advised us several times over multiple visits. They were paitient and friendly, helping pick out frames, helping us go over pros and cons, helping us to use our insurance to its fullest, and provided guidance on how to best navigate in-store availability, shipping, etc. My husband and I are so grateful for their time and attention. We both purchased two pairs (glasses and sunglasses) and would continue to recommend this location to everyone for the customer service alone!

She explained how I have been getting glasses with a plastic lens which are really for customers with poorer vision. In addition, they scratch easier and are more expensive than the polycarbonate lenses I could be getting. She also showed me on my sunglasses how the Progressive Adaptive Sun lens which is newer and better than the Varilux lens is actually less expensive. So thank you you Tahirah!!!
