- APAubrey PicsNov 1, 20252.02 stars overall because the front desk person, the eye tech, and the guy who did my retinal scan were all very kind….but the doctor, Dr. Booth I found to have no bedside manner. My appointment was for 10 and I didn’t get seen until 11, no reason or apology. Her overall attitude made me feel like I was stupid for not being able to see even with the different lenses she was putting over my bad eye. I had to be forceful in advocating for what I needed as she was going to try to give me a script for my good eye, even when I told her that it was making my vision worse, I’d rather have no script in that eye. She seemed annoyed when I told her that I would not have the time or patience to sit there and use patches again to strengthen my eye. I’ve had glasses since I was 5, this is nothing new. Patches were tried and failed as a kid….when I left I said thank you and have a great day and she just said “mhm”….needless to say, I took my script and will be getting my glasses elsewhere. I will not be returning to LensCrafters.
