The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and very patient with me as I asked questions and tried frames. She helped me find the right frames and make the best choices on lenses. I am looking forward to my return to the store to pick up my new glasses!

I came in today frustrated with my 10 day old glasses, specifically the fit of my frames and clarity of my lenses. One of the store managers, Chandler made sure everything was handled correctly and that I was satisfied with everything when I left. Both you and I are lucky that you have such a caring employee.

Shoutout for: Dan M.
He curated an in-store trip experience that became memorable and captivating. He is authentically happy, helpful, and is very passionate while efficient. His customer service was impeccable; and I could not express how much better of an experience he provided.
Providing 5 stars, and very satisfied doesn’t event do justice on how great the experience was.
Thanks Dan!

This LensCrafters store has the most friendly and helpful staff of any retail establishment I’ve visited. During my last visit, the location manager fitted my glasses for me He had a new employee watch, and explained every step of the process to her I believe that is extra effort is responsible for the outstanding staff and service.

2 stars overall because the front desk person, the eye tech, and the guy who did my retinal scan were all very kind….but the doctor, Dr. Booth I found to have no bedside manner. My appointment was for 10 and I didn’t get seen until 11, no reason or apology. Her overall attitude made me feel like I was stupid for not being able to see even with the different lenses she was putting over my bad eye. I had to be forceful in advocating for what I needed as she was going to try to give me a script for my good eye, even when I told her that it was making my vision worse, I’d rather have no script in that eye. She seemed annoyed when I told her that I would not have the time or patience to sit there and use patches again to strengthen my eye. I’ve had glasses since I was 5, this is nothing new. Patches were tried and failed as a kid….when I left I said thank you and have a great day and she just said “mhm”….needless to say, I took my script and will be getting my glasses elsewhere. I will not be returning to LensCrafters.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
