  I want whoever oversees this store to read this, district manager or higher. Firing or even considering letting go of Ashante would be a mistake. Every time I have come in, she has been the one person who actually makes the trip worth it. She does what you want every employee to do but rarely see. She greets customers, asks real questions about what they need, walks them through the options, and explains things in a way normal people understand. She never rushes, never pushes random products, and actually cares if what she recommends fits your goals and budget. From a customer’s point of view, she is the reason I come to this GNC instead of ordering online. If you remove the person who creates that experience, you lose the thing that sets this store apart. If there is any thought about replacing her, you are targeting the wrong problem. She is exactly the kind of manager you build a store around, not someone you get rid of.

  Tonight I stopped by this GNC and ended up getting helped by the manager, Ashante, and I honestly could not have asked for better service. From the moment I walked in she greeted me, asked what I was looking for, and actually listened. Instead of just pointing at a wall of stuff, she walked with me through the store and broke everything down in a way I could understand. I told her I really do not know much about supplements and she never once made me feel dumb or like I was wasting her time. She answered every single question, compared options, explained what I did and did not need, and made sure I felt confident about what I was buying. You can tell she cares about customers and takes pride in her job. Because of her I left with products that fit my goals and I felt taken care of instead of pressured. Ashante is the reason I will keep coming back to this GNC whenever I need anything for my health or nutrition.

  This evening I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by the manager, Ashante! She was incredibly kind and truly helpful. She took the time to walk me to the products and educate me on them. I am absolutely clueless on most of these products and she was never once frustrated by any and all of my endless questions. I am truly grateful for the experience she provided and made my trip to GNC today enjoyable. She embodies everything a manager should be and is truly an asset to your company. I will one hundred percent be returning to this location in the future for any of my supplement and nutritional needs!

  Sign on store said ‘at lunch be back in 30 minutes’ but two and a half hours later the store was still closed from 1:00 to 3:27 on Sunday.

  Literally does not matter when you come to this location, it’s always closed. They will also put a time that they’ll be back and they literally never are there. Sounds like some higher up management or owner needs to step up and work their store.
