  Tracey Black is professional and thorough, but gentle...you hardly know she's examining you. She has the most pleasant demeanor. Going to the doctor can be a little nerve wracking, but not with her. I highly recommend.

  Richard sees Dr. Black for psoriasis. The doctor found the best ointment for him. Takes itch away and the skin looks so much better. He is pleased. As he does not want to take the other medication( pills etc) this works for him.

  I am always greeted by friendly staff. The check in process is quick and efficient. The techs are also friendly and courteous. They as well as Tracy Black listen with care to your questions and concerns and advise as needed. Thanks for always giving me a positive experience.

  I never share reviews but this practice is downright dishonest. My husband had an appointment with them about a year ago. We specifically chose them because they were an in network provider. They chose to send his samples to an out of network lab and this racked up a bill of over $1000 for us. We did not consent to an out of network lab and we had no way of knowing his samples would be sent to an out of network lab. Over the past year I have tried many many times to speak with them about this and they either don’t return my call or tell me there’s nothing they can do. This is a dishonest practice in violation of the No Surprises Act. We are considering hiring a lawyer to follow up on this matter. Do not put your financial wellness at risk; stay away from this place, they are not to be trusted.

  I have been going to Charlotte Dermatology for a number of years now and I’m absolutely thrilled with Michael Asbury as my doctor but his medical staff definitely could use some improvement. My last visit I was given a script to use on my body. But The script was for five days. I called the office the day I was starting the script with a medical question and had to leave a message. I waited all day for a call back. . I never received a call back so I called and left a second message the next day and the third day with still no call back. Lo and behold on the fourth day I finally received a call back needless to say I was not happy because now I’ve been using the script for four days without my question being answered and at this point I didn’t need their answer because I only had one more day left and it certainly wasn’t going to help me to get an answer at that point. The medical staff on the other end of the phone was giving me every excuse, but I wasn’t having it because I don’t need to know their problems. I need them to fix my problem.
