We were in Isle of Palm's SC for the winter. My husband needed glasses after having trouble with his. We stopped in a Lens Crafters for the 1st time in Mount Pleasant. We were very pleased with the Variety and quality of their selection of eye glasses. We were helped by Arnisha Edward's the Store Market Manager. She was so much help, very patient. She was so knowledgeable, I was impressed by the way she helped my husband. He is so pleased with how she helped him find glasses that were great for him. I decided to make an eye appointment as well. When I came back I was so glad Arnisha was there. I recieved just as good service from her as he did. She brought me a couple pair I would have never picked out on my own. They ended up being my favorite after trying on many pairs. I decided to Check out contacts as well.

Such a beautiful store and I had a thought that prices would be inflated because of it…not so! Some glasses were extremely pricey but there were some named brands that were very reasonable and beautiful! The ladies greeted me immediately but didn’t fawn over me! They were professionals all the way…and very smart! I was treated so well and was helped in getting the best glasses for my face, personality and age!

Nice and efficient visit. The staff were friendly and gave me lots of time in the decision making process for the frames. The store manager made the purchase process fast and smooth! Will be coming back here for sure.

The employees at the Mount Pleasant location are absolutely the friendliest and most helpful you will encounter. My husband had a slight accident with his frames and took them in to have them adjusted and have eye pads replaced. They were so helpful and had the frames back to near new in no time. Not only did they fix them without an appointment but they did not change for the service. This location consistently provides excellent customer service and is a true asset to the community!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
