I was desperate for help and thankfully found this store open. Arnisha and Kiran both went above and beyond (they spent about 45 mins working on my glasses). They were able to fix the problem, and I am so thankful they were available. But their customer service and kindness were phenomenal, and they literally saved the day for me! If I lived in Charleston, I would absolutely make this my go-to place.
