All three members of the staff that worked with me were very engaged, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The Dr. was equally as engaged and was quite thorough. I asked several questions that he took the time to answer, making sure that I understood the complexities of the multitude of ways that contacts can be utilized today. So; so good. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire experience. Additionally I was pleased with the final bill(s). I had a complete eye exam, was fitted with the correct contacts (which took a couple of tries, for one of my eyes), I bought a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses. No need for prescription Progressive lens Costa Del Mar’s, because of the contact lens option - which I decided on after being informed of the value of lenses over Progressive eye glasses and sunglasses. I bought a couple of accessories, as well. The quality of the sunglasses is far superior to the last ones I bought at a competitors place of business, yet the cost was actually less at LensCrafters for the Dr. visit, prescription lenses and sunglasses. I’m quite pleased with the entire experience, beginning to end. Thank you Dr. and girls. Gold Stars for all 4 of y’all!
