Saw the optometrist who offered to help me with my contact issues said they would order me trials and call me when they arrived. I waited a week still no call so called myself and they were ready. When inquiring about my discussion about the quantity in my trial they could not back up what the doctor previously ordered for me. I expressed that I was low on contacts since I had already had to wait for the trails to come in and they did not care. Now I am left having wait AGAIN and still no contacts. Patient relationships must not be a priority.
