We spent 2 hours with her and it was a waste of time. She then needed us to make another appointment for 1 hour and a half. We were not going back to see her. She spoke to my husband in an unprofessional manner. Sarah was quoting us $4700 for a pair of hearing aides. With our insurance, there is only a co-pay which is fairly cheap. We don't recommend this office. We decided to try another Audio Nova location and they were awesome! Their office in North Charleston is great! Fast, efficient and professional.
