- FMFemke MaassenAug 22, 20255.0I’ve only been to 3 classes in Mt. Pleasant (for reference I was in LA prior) and the instructors at this studio are so fun and care so much!!! I’ve had the pleasure of taking sculpt classes with Sofia L. and Ava M. so far and they were both amazing!!! One thing that stuck out to me in sculpt was what Sofia (our instructor) said when advising us to choose an intention for the day. Sofia chose to pick courage for her/anyone who didn’t pick an intention. She went on to say: “never let fear be the reason you don’t do something” which really resonated with me! Also Ava’s classes are so energetic and fun and her routine had me feeling so accomplished by the end of the day! All the girls in her class who continue to push themselves during higher difficulty sets influence me in such great ways and motivate me to keep pushing. Truly an incredible community and I’ve loved every class I’ve taken thus far!!! I have another sculpt class tomorrow with Isabelle so I’ll keep y’all updated!!!
