  I just want to say by far this is the best dentist I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is friendly and kind. They care about your needs and make sure at all times you feel comfortable. Dr. Cappellucci Is the dentist I was seen by. I came in with weeks of extreme wisdom tooth pain and been to several dentist before doing my research on this dentist office. I left in great spirits, and I felt heard. Dr. Cappellucci did an amazing job of a wisdom tooth extraction. He made sure during the process I was comfortable and handling it well. Afterwards minimum to no pain and minimum swelling. All the staff is amazing! I will definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone!

  Best dental experience that I’ve had. Great staff. They make caps in house, so you do not have to wait a month with a temporary in. Highly recommend. Update: Took my daughter in today. She has feared the dentist office since she has had teeth. Today a tech gave her a great cleaning and had her comfortable through the entire process. Her fear of the dentist is no cured! Again 5 stars! Also, the office ladies upfront always are the best and give us a good laugh.

  I’m writing this review based on our family's personal experience with Little Mountain Dentistry. My wife received a crown from the former lead dentist and owner, Cindy’s father. Unfortunately, the crown fell off in less than a year. At the time, we were told the office would cover the replacement cost. However, after Cindy’s father retired and Dr. Cappellucci took over, we were surprised to receive an invoice for about $200. It felt frustrating to have to pay for a procedure that didn’t last as expected, especially after being told it would be covered. We also found the wait times to be long. On multiple visits, we waited quite a while before seeing the dentist. In addition, our son did not have a good experience with Dr. Cappellucci. In our view, he didn’t seem to connect well with kids, and our son grew to dislike going there because of it. Both my wife and I also felt that Dr. Cappellucci’s communication style was difficult to follow. He often used a lot of technical jargon, and when we asked for simpler explanations, he seemed impatient or annoyed. This made us feel uncomfortable and not fully informed about our dental care. This review reflects our personal experience. Others may have had different ones, but we wanted to share what we went through as a family.
