I typically never write reviews, but unfortunately our experience was so unpleasant I feel that I have to. We typically go to the Garners Ferry location and see Dr. Carroll (who we love) but we thought we’d try the location closer to us, which was South Lake. We saw Dr. Boltin, and mind you it is her first time meeting us, and she did not interact with my son at all. He is 9 months old and very social, but she did not talk to him, look at him, or even seem interested in him. I just feel that if you are a pediatrician, especially meeting a child for the first time and wanting them to be comfortable, that should be a huge part of it. When we asked something about his milestones, because there was ONE thing that the nurses mentioned that he wasn’t doing, she just said “yeah he should be doing that”. She then rushed through the appointment and just told us he needed shots. I’m not sure if she was just having an off/bad day, but it was very unpleasant all together. We will be staying at the other location and making the drive!

Dr. Livingston is very kind, attentive and caring. She explains thoroughly and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Livingston keeps your toddler entertained and eases the jitters that come with going to the doctor. The practice is clean, and the supporting staff are friendly!

My son has been going here since he was 4 years old. (Now 16) Dr. Megan Bolton has been his Dr. She is the best. On occasion he will have one of the other doctors when she wasn't there. They all are good at their job, professional and so nice.

Never in my life have i had a doctor treat me or my daughter like we are stupid, as a mother of 4 and grandmother, my daughter and I were BOTH treated like we were stupid by Dr Boltin. She told us the asthma, eczema and allergies WERENT genetic and my grandson was fine. My grandson HAS allergies and eczema! My grandson recently had croup and we had to go to the ER. My grandson had to have steroids and racine/epi meds. ER told us to follow up with the pediatrician. We tried to get in but they wouldnt see my grandson. That night we were back in the ER and had to have more steroids due to him have stridor AGAIN. We tried to make another appointment and we were seen by another doctor. We were told everything was clear and good and made it a point to say the ER shouldn't have given my grandson more steroids...but was the Dr in my house to hear my grandson struggling to breath NOPE. Would the ER give him steroids if he didn't need them NOPE. Recently when we went for a well visit I AGAIN had to bring up the fact that my grandson has sensory disorders and something needed to be done. All my kids have some sort of sensory disorder.. I know what Im talking about. After the second well visit of me saying we need help with his sensory disorders we finally got a referral for Babynet and Advanced Peds. Im at a loss as to why Im already having to fight for my grandson to get help. Clearly Dr Boltin thinks Im stupid and have no knowledge of asthma, eczema and allergies aka the triad!
