  Made a first time appointment for my daughter. Upon arriving, the office environment was eerie and unpleasant. I wanted to leave as soon as i walked in. The front desk staff were immediately short and rude. They nearly told me to leave because I didnt have a physical copy of my daughters insurance card even though the day prior they confirmed i could just give them her insurance ID number since her new card would be arriving in mail. They were rude but eventually let us see the dr. Nurses were unpleasant, quite, and seemed like they did not want to be there. Dr Mante was neutral. To the point. I had a hard time understanding his accent How this place has a 5 star rating is unusual, I am assuming fake reviews. No way 5 stars. Immediately after that appointment I started searching for a new dr for my daughter. I believe if this office had better office staff and nurses this place could possibly be 3 star.

  I absolutely love everyone at this doctors office. When I first moved here I didn't have insurance for my children my daughter had a sever kidney infection and they were the only people willing to work with me since she wasn't insured. Wonderful place and all the staff cares about each and every patient they have.
