  Trying to get a refund and call back is impossible. They ordered these expensive unnecessary hearing aides for my 93 year old grand mother that is on a fixed income and now we canceled the order and need the refund they want talk to us. This is beyond unprofessional and so disrespectful

  Well this was my 2nd visit at this place ,my insurance changed,i got better insurance so,since i really liked my first visit and thought that my insurance would probably get them for me this time i decided to go back and try again .because they did keep sending me messages in my e- mail telling me the hearing test is free,, well let me tell you all those pics of what you see them doimg on the website that is just not true,Allison was not there this time and she does a really good job about being thorough with everything ..she gave me my test then she got out a sheet showing me the different types and prices of the hearing aids so that i could pick some that my ins would cover no he left the room and came back mind you he still didnt get out a price sheet to show me what he was trying to sell me ,i even had to ask which hearing aids he was referring to for the price and he picked up a display box that showed me the ones that go over the ear .the price was gonna be $7000.00 total ,the $3000.00 from my insurance and i was still gonna need $39 ? that day i dont know for what he didnt say but the hearing test was suppose to be free,then i was also gonna need $400.00 more down after the $3000.00 my insurance was gonna pay and $186.00 monthly for 3 years ..now come on i know they arent cheap but i felt like they were gonna pocket the ins part and be like they double charged me for the hearing aids it was horrible service and there wont be a 3rd visit for me ..i found a set of hearing aids that are mot visibe they are blue tooth and wifi controllable and they are under $2000.00 you sure should look around shop before you buy because this place was way overcharging me for what i was getting they werent even worth half of what my ins was paying but after they found out what my ins was covering they made that balance bigger..most people try to help people out in the community and this place is right there by mcdonalds right here in our town i felt cheated for sure.
