    The only dentist I'll ever use! I've had veneers done, fillings fixed, and hours of appointments. All of that to say, I have NEVER been let down! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and tries to connect to you. It feels like having a trusted family member take you seriously and help you out.

    I left this office feeling completely unheard and dismissed. I went in for a crown on a very sensitive tooth that had prior surgery. Before the procedure even began, I had to correct the staff on a change to my paid services -- they tried to correct me, but I was right. That should have been my first sign. As they never even came in the room to acknowledge that they had the wrong service until I had to ask and confirm. During the numbing process of my procedure, I felt a sharp, stabbing pain I've never felt before. I raised my arm to stop the dentist and held her arm , but instead of checking if I was okay, Dr. Suresh asked me to remove my hand from her arm and continued speaking as if my pain didn't matter. She asked if I wanted to continue expressing that I had to be numb. She never acknowledged what I was trying to express. She never paused to comfort or explain, and when I was visibly shaken, she left the room without a word. A front desk staff member came in moments later to ask if I wanted to reschedule -- still, no one asked if I was okay. Later I realized she had implied to the staff that I had grabbed her for reacting to pain during an unexpected moment. That was deeply upsetting and lacked empathy. Dr. Suresh could have simply shown empathy or acknowledged the pain instead of making me feel like a problem. I canceled my future appointments and will not return. I'm only giving two stars because the front desk check-in staff were kind -- but bedside manner and compassion should never be optional in healthcare.

    I’m a new patient here and I’m absolutely blown away by how amazing and caring everyone is ❤️ I’ve been going to the dentist since I was 5 and none have been as thorough, kind, patient, and detailed as the team here. A huge shoutout to Dr Blackmon and her team for being super amazing and the best in my life ❤️
