    I was so pleased with the service and the phlebotomist that Drew my blood today at the quest diagnostic. I was nervous. You made me very comfortable. She took care of it quickly and the phlebotomist is Zara. Very kind, very lovely. And the lady at the front desk when I first came in was very pleasant. Very welcoming. Thank you very much for your wonderful service.

    Even though I was a hard stick the phlebotomist took her time and was very sweet even when she had to get help both ladies were awesome

    I arrived for a scheduled 1:00 PM appointment and was not seen until shortly before 3:00 PM. Throughout that time, multiple walk-ins were taken in and out ahead of us with no explanation, no updates, and no sense of order or urgency. The message was clear: patients with appointments were an afterthought. What was most disappointing was the complete absence of basic courtesy. Not a greeting. Not a smile. Not a single acknowledgment of the delay. The atmosphere felt indifferent, almost inconvenienced by the patients who were simply following their assigned schedule. Adding to this, a staff member made an unnecessary joke about the needle prior to my blood draw — an attempt at humor that came across as dismissive and unprofessional in a medical setting. Healthcare is more than a transaction; it’s professionalism, communication, and simple human decency. None were present during this visit. I hope management addresses these issues so future patients experience the level of respect and clarity that should be standard in any medical facility.
