Midlands Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery is a multi-specialty medical group and orthopedic clinic that was formed to provide excellent patient care in a private practice setting at a lower cost than hospital systems are able to offer. We now offer appointment scheduling 24/7 via phone. Please call (803) 256-4107 to schedule. We provide a full spectrum of musculoskeletal and neurosurgical care. All of the orthopaedic physicians have completed fellowship training in their sub-specialties: upper extremity, hand, foot and ankle, trauma, pediatric surgery, sports medicine, spine and joint replacement. The neurosurgeons are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the spine, brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves and supporting structures.
