- JJJocasta James3 days ago1.0Benjamin at the front desk was extremely rude. Asked where the a piece of equipment was and he basically told me to go look for it. And then when I wanted to purchase a beverage he had an attitude about me scanning my barcode.

Ben, At the front desk, gave me the bolt cutters and obviously I need to spend a little more time pumping iron as I could not cut my lock No matter how hard I tried. he found Olivia, who is also staff, and third attempt was a charm-she was able to cut through it. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to conquer my padlock so I could get my gymbag!:)
