Most of time it's a nice experience but everytime I go through self check out the cashier Kiya has been rude, lethargic, and unfriendly attitude about her. When you ask for help she doesn't give you the courtesy of a response and has a lackadaisical attitude towards being helpful. So not only do customers have to ring themselves up but then they're forced to deal with lazy people such as herself .
