    Had a SCHEDULED pickup for this location. I waited in the drive-thru for over 30minutes to get my prescription, with one car in front of me. I tried calling the pharmacy twice (no one picked up) and even spoke to the onsite manager to see what was going on. They just said they were real busy with walk-ins and continued to ignore the outdoor orders

    I love Harris teeter, but I took off stars bc the pharmacist, LINDSEY, is very rude and difficult to talk to.

    The pharmacists here are awesome, truly. I would totally give them 5 stars if I was just rating them. They are always helpful and accommodating. Sarah is fantastic! However, I have to take off a star because actually getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible as the phone system itself is the absolute worst. If you ever want to actually speak to anyone on the phone, go ahead and carve out at least a good half hour of your day on making repeated calls, as you will just keep getting redirected to the main menu and have to keep hitting 0 every time until someone answers the phone (I guess? It's unclear if the phone is actually ringing on their end). I totally understand they're extremely busy, but it would be great if someone could at least answer the phone and put me on hold so at least I know my call is going through.
