This studio has potential, but there are currently a lot of operational issues that make the overall experience more challenging than it should be.
What’s working:
• excellent instructors
• beautiful, clean facility and studio space
Where the studio falls short:
• Cancellation policy inconsistencies: Clients have figured out how to avoid the $15 cancellation fee by “checking in” and then not showing up to class. Meanwhile, if you make it off the waitlist-even at the last minute- you’re still held to the same 12-hour cancellation window and charged a $15 fee if you can’t attend. This policy needs to be adjusted so people have time to confirm they can attend when they’re added off the waitlist at short notice.
• Difficulty reaching staff: The staff is kind, but they are extremely hard to get in touch with by phone or email. If you can get in touch with them, communication is disjointed and you often need to wait for them to get a manager to help you with your request (refund a fee, cancel membership, etc.). The staff also communicates different information about pricing, promos, and terms to clients.
• Class availability issues: Classes fill up quickly, months in advance. It’s pretty much required that you book classes more than a month in advance to have to a chance to attend. Even so, there is high likelihood that you will be added to a waitlist that is already five people deep. There’s really no flexibility to choose specific classes you want to attend (different levels, teachers) when they all fill up immediately.
• Schedule limitations: During opening, the studio had promised early morning classes that haven’t materialized. 5:00 and 6:00 am classes were promoted, but there are none. There are a few 6:00 am classes, but only on select days. This was one of the reasons I signed up during opening as my schedule is tight and early classes were appealing. However, these classes are not available as promised. There are also no weekend classes for members, only for “new” clients. And quite honestly, this studio does not need to take on any new memberships until they figure out how to appropriately provide services to their current members.
All in all, I was really looking forward to having this membership, but it has been very underwhelming and disappointing. For a monthly unlimited membership upwards of $175, I expected a lot more from this studio. There are a lot of kinks this studio has to work out. I understand they are new and this is expected, but I feel like in general they over-promised and under-delivered, which for the price point, is very very disappointing. The unlimited membership isn’t really usable, as you’re lucky to get in to the classes you actually want to. Needless to say, I canceled my membership (I requested to at least, I am still waiting for the studio to follow up after form completion, calls, and emails).

I tried several Pilates studios before I decided to join Club Pilates. I have a knee injury and Club Pilates was the only I found that was gentle on my knees while still providing a challenging workout. I am new to the Pilates fam in general, I am used to HIIT and strength training, so it was a mental and physical adjustment at first but now I LOVE it! I have also found my favorite instructors at this studio who really pushes my workout to the next level. There is also so much love from the instructors, staff, and members in general. Truly a great community that I’m happy to be a part of. Huge shout out to Aliana, Ayanna, Kim, Susan, Shell, and Tanya!
