Before using Quest, I strongly advise you to get a written estimate of the charges and confirmation from your insurance company that these charges will be covered. I was charged 3x the amount I normally pay when I get labs done through my doctor, and Quest was never able to fix the medical codes so that Blue Cross would be able to cover them. I went back and forth with them for over a year. Beware.

I had a late morning appointment but had to wait 1 1/2 hours in waiting room before I was called. Another customer with appointment before mine said she waited 2 hours. The technician said she was busy all morning and was not able to take a lunch break. On my prior visit, I also experienced and reported a prolonged delay. Seems to be an issue they can not resolve.

Staff was incredibly rude and was on the phone during my appointment. I don’t know how Labcorp or others are but I would not go here.

It was early Monday AM and the staff could not find the doctors' orders for the test. I had a soft copy with me that I was able to share with the office. Once the tech had the orders in their system it didn't take long for the blood collection.

For everyone who had a awful experience with Labcorp employees, try them. I had Robin as my technician and she was fantastic. I never go enywhere else.
