  I have been trying to reach them for a couple weeks now and it's been very difficult to get a hold of them. I am pregnant trying to establish care with them from a referral and I can't reach anyone.

  Extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone, I’ve called multiple times during business hours and end up on hold forever or disconnected. When I finally got through, the receptionist was very short and unhelpful. They told me there was no availability for new patients for months with zero alternatives offered. Really disappointed in the lack of accessibility and professionalism for an OBGYN office.

  The entire staff is caring & attentive - reception, nurse, Dr. Shelby Griffith, and Tonya at check-out. Wonderful practice!

  The absolute WORST customer service. The doctors absolutely do not care as you are treated like a number. Save yourself the time and stress and get quality care from providers that care.
