  I just move to the Hilton Head area and I was looking for a new provider and a friend recommended Mandy Strickland. I walk in into the office and the staff was so welcoming and very helpful with the new patient process. They give me more information about Mandy and help education. I call multiple other Primary Cares and they were all booked out so far this was the only office with one or two month wait and they call me as soon as they had a cancelation. The office is always clean and organized what I like the most is the lollipops at the end of the visit. GREAT TEAM :) :)

  I honestly wish I didn't have to write the following. Everything I'm stating is fact and not feelings. My girlfriend who they know but I'll not mention suffers from a myriad of progressive non curable diseases. Due to her MS and other issues she missed several appointments but always attempted no notify the office. What would have been her latest appointment she stayed home to take care of me as I was suffering from a severe case of the shingles and she notified the office of just such I spoke with the person responsible for appointments and was informed that Ms . Strickland wouldn't see my partner anymore. Unfortunately with several prescriptions that my partner can't do without we found ourselves in an untenable situation which resulted in my partner suffering from said issues due to lack of required daily medications. One such medicine would have resulted in my partner having violent seizures and Ms. Strickland was aware of just such. The sad and unfortunate thing is my partner loved her relationship with Mandy. I know the office will attempt to spin this in a way which doesn't make them look bad but this office has displayed complete lack of character and decorum and the onus falls on Ms Strickland's refusal to see my partner anymore.

  Great doctors and great care, but that's if you can ever get an appointment or anyone on the phone. At this point they should cancel their phones and save some money because no one EVER answers them and it takes DAYS for them to return a phone call. I highly recommend them if you have pre-existing conditions that require reoccurring visits that are scheduled in advance, but if you ever get sick (like the flu) you will have to go to a different doctor or to Doctor's Care as a walk-in if you need to see a doctor on short notice.
