- MHMarie HowardJun 25, 20252.0If you are a female looking to join a gym or switch gyms, I would pause on joining Golds until you confirm that the women’s locker room is fully functioning. Currently the air is broke, and due to the air being broke for some reason they say they can’t turn the ceiling fans on, the sauna has been broke for a couple of weeks now and usually several times a year is broken. One toilet and a hand dryer have also been broken for an extended period of time. From what I’ve heard from some of the male members, the men’s lock room is fully functioning!

Although it has some areas for improvement, including the temperature of the drinking water, the accuracy of the clocks, the availability of the pool, and the maintenance of the toilets, it offers a welcoming space for weightlifting, without fear of judgment or discrimination, and features a diverse range of machines and weights.
