  We made an appointment for 10:30am it's now 11:22am still in the waiting room and they have already took the payment! I'm calling BS!!!

  My sister went to get her impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Sowell. He numbed both sides of her mouth, but she could still feel on one side. He told her that he was going to do it anyways even though she could still feel pain. He basically told her that she was lying about still being able to feel it. He also told her that he was not going to give her any antibiotics after the surgery. I do not recommend him. He will tell you that you are lying about not being numb and apparently not give you antibiotics after surgery.

  The dentist that pulled my tooth was amazing and compassionate. The front staff was horrible to me. One woman actually screamed at me while I was talking to my mother. When I asked to file a complaint I was asked what did I hope to accomplish by filing a complaint. I have never had anything like this to happen to me ever. The Dr. apologized for the front staff and was truly genuine with her words.

  Dr Holzhauer and staff were absolutely amazing. I was terrified and they made me totally comfortable and the procedure was completed in no time! I would highly recommend them if you need any type of dental surgery or have a fear of dentist. Thank you all so much for being in Greenwood so I did not have to travel to have this procedure done!!!
