- JDJan DFeb 8, 20241.0I went in to get a prescription and Dr. Galloway never said Hi or introduce himself. I got a prescription and was told I needed cataract surgery. The prescription was wrong and I had to go to another doctor to get the correct prescription. The new prescription was perfect. In addition, the second doctor said I did not need cataract surgery. I asked for my money back, since they did nothing for me, but they refused saying he gave me a full eye exam. Didn't do me any good.
