    Cody, Jess, and the entire team at OnWard Physical Therapy are outstanding. Their approach to rehab is excellent, but what really sets them apart is the proactive “prehab” philosophy — teaching you how to move better now so you can stay strong, functional, and injury-free long-term. As an active 50-year-old guy, this is exactly the kind of smart, preventative care I need. They don’t just fix problems — they help you avoid them. I couldn’t recommend OnWard more highly!

    I definitely recommend booking an appointment with Hayley at Onward! I was dealing with a reoccurring shoulder injury from rock climbing and Hayley took the time to understand the cause of the injury, discuss past treatments and future goals, and assess my current range of motion/pain triggers before diving into solutions. She always explained what the next steps were and how potential treatments and exercises would help reduce the pain, increase muscle balance, and prevent future injuries. I found that throughout my sessions, Hayley was excellent at assessing the changes and progress, and adjusting the treatment plan/exercises as needed. Hayley will meet you where you are and tailor exercises to your ability and comfort level instead of trying to force a specific plan. She is incredibly kind and caring, and has a wealth of knowledge, so she is always willing and able to adjust a plan as needed. By working with Hayley, I was able to return to climbing pain free within a very short period of time, and couldn’t be happier.

    I started going to Hayley months ago when I was experiencing chronic pain in my hips - after/during Crossfit training, walking, sitting, driving, etc.. I felt pretty hopeless and had been dealing with that pain on and off for years. No joke, I felt better and had some relief after my very first session with Hayley. After a few sessions, she helped me understand why I was getting the pain and gave me ways to alleviate it with some exercises at home and the gym. Continuing on, it’s been amazing to see the results after our sessions. She has not only tackled the pain management side, but has given me exercises to build the muscles I need more strength in. I can confidently say the chronic aches have dissipated. However, if they come back, I feel much more equipped to tackle the issues with all of the knowledge she has given me as her client. Not to mention, she is a gem of a human and is so fun to be around. An hour goes by with the blink of an eye. Couldn’t recommend her any harder!

    Hayley was recommended to me when I mentioned I was having pelvic pain during my pregnancy. She helped me work through that as well as prep me for an amazing birth, and work through post birth recovery! She has a wealth of knowledge that she is so excited to share with you and knows how to break it down simply by showing slides when needed! Hayley makes the whole process fun like you're hanging out with a friend while you're also getting the best help there is, win-win! Highly recommend!

    I cannot recommend Hayley at Onward Physical Therapy enough. I saw Hayley at the Hampton Station location for a few months dealing with Tennis Elbow in both elbows. After even the first session together I felt better. After about 5 sessions together, I am now functioning like normal and am back to my lifting program. We did some dry needling, massaging and she taught me some exercises I could work on at home to help heal. Hayley is so knowledgeable and really spent the time to diagnose my issue and put together a treatment plan. I felt heard and understood, and looked forward to our sessions. Hayley is just overall a delight to work with. I have been to a few different PT practices over the years, and I have never experienced the quality patient treatment and experience that I have at Onward. It is worth every single penny to work with PTs that have the same priorities as you do - to not minimally treat injuries to get you functioning as base level, but to treat the body as whole so you can excel in everyday life and get back to your strength training programs. Book the appointment with Hayley at Onward! You will be so glad you did.
