Unfortunately, had a fairly negative experience here. After the first session (and purchasing the three month subscription), an old back injury flared up as a result of the stretches. We tried to account for it the next time, but ended up causing more pain. Everybody’s experience will be different, and I’m not suggesting that nobody should do this because you will get hurt.
My issue is with the “business practices.” There is a mandatory 3 month subscription when you start, so that you can “see the full benefit” of the program. I didn’t question it at first, but after trying to cancel 2 weeks in and being unable, I think this is by design.
The stretches just really aren’t that good. It didn’t feel any better than a regular stretch you can do by yourself. I’m guessing a lot of people were cancelling after a few sessions, which is why they implemented the 3 month rule. At the end of the day though, your product should speak for itself. If I want to cancel, let me cancel.
Also, they notify you AFTER each monthly draft, and you they can’t reverse a charge - even if you haven’t been to the facility in 6 weeks. If you try to cancel online, it is impossible and forces you to go to the location. They won’t make exceptions, even if the stretches exacerbate injuries.
Overall, I spent $100’s of dollars on 3 star mediocre service (at least for me), and I’m giving it 1 star because the intentionally sketchy business practices and poor customer service.
Edit:
I’m surprised at the level of detail the facility is willing to share about their clients in the response below. I’d just say that this is another example of a lack of professionalism. Rather than defend point by point, I’ll just say that my experience was definitely different than what their “records” show.
I’ll also be contacting the privacy hotline to request a review of the response below. If this patient information is truly in your records, it’s unadvisable to share it in a public forum.

I have been going to StretchLab since December 2020 working with Kieonna and I can say is Wow! My sessions are worth every penny. I feel like I moving much better. I get better sleep and I am just feeling overall better. Kieonna is fabulous. Sometimes my muscles hurt and during treatment it hurt but once it's over I feel better. I would highly recommend StretchLabs if you want to see overall body movement improvement and working out trouble pain areas.

Wonderful and kind staff! The young woman who stretched me had a vast knowledge of her craft and did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and guiding me through each stretch. Great environment and convenient location! I stopped in on my way back to Virginia and they helped me, gladly!
