Skyler and Kami were so much help in trying to take a pair of sunglasses that I purchased their for my husband. They were able to order new lens so I could give them to my son, after my husband passed away. It meant so much to us! Thank you so much for making it happen! I will definitely come back when it is time to order mine. Patricia Ward

Went in due to not liking the pair of higher end glasses. The girl who helped me talked to me as if I had two heads then the other girl that was there made me feel super uncomfortable. Whe. I called the other store that i normally deal with the girla t the store that had not been helping me listened in on my phone conversation jumped up feom helping another customer in feont of her to run tell the lady i was on the phone with the len crafters. Very unprofessional. Will never go to that location again. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I work in a professionally luxury atmosphere ans to treat someone like this is absolutely unexceptable.

I originally gave this location 5 stars on Friday, January 30, when I picked up my first pair of prescription glasses. Zach was a stellar employee —he was so professional, patient, and kind! However, I just reduced my rating to 4 stars. My trip to pick up my second set of glasses on February 1 was useless because Lenscrafters was closed, despite the website’s published hours of Sundays from 11-7. Of course, I called the store twice in case of a delayed opening, but the recorded message simply stated, “All associates are busy.” . I completed a few errands in the area and waited until 4:30 pm to drive to the Haywood location, only to be met by locked doors—again, no sign nor explanation. LensCrafters has an obligation to inform its customers of closing via a website post, an email/text, or—AT THE VERY LEAST—an accurate phone recording. You’re not a boutique or a donut shop but instead provide an important, serious, and often a time-sensitive service. If management can provide a reasonable explanation, I’m willing to improve my rating, but otherwise, I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
