- DBDave BrysonFeb 2, 20262.0Ordered a new pair before the years end, lens too dark so they supposedly ordered another set in, never called & when I attempted to call no one will answer the phone.... but the automated system says they'll call back in a day or two....never did..... stopped in and they're busy, never even acknowledged me, sat for 5 min. and called the store while sitting & they finally pick up and look for my order for 5-10 min.....tell me they'll call back before they close & they never do...... perhaps I should have went to the mall.....or the competition.
