I assume the "sales advisers" work on a commission-based pay scale because everything seems to involve a consistent upsell throughout the entire process, which didn't sit very well with me. A prime example is when I was charged for a bottle of eyeglass cleaner and a warranty I wasn't aware of and didn't ask for. Please check your receipt before you leave the store. Sadly, this seems to be the shady business model this company has adopted. Just be aware.

I needed a new Rx and reluctantly went to Lenscrafters because they took my insurance, but their prices were so high and they would not honor the $50 discount with my insurance as advertised so I went elsewhere. (False advertising) At Eyemart Express, I was taken care of quickly, given a cost that was covered by my insurance and got a 2nd pair for FREE! and my glasses were ready in less than an hour! I will never go back to Lenscrafters. Eyemart Express staff are so much more friendlier, customer focused and knowledgeable and they have great deals!

He is super knowledgable about frames and lenses. He really listens and answered all of my questions, giving me all of the time I needed. I was trying different pairs of eyeglasses but wasn’t loving them so I asked Kevin for his help and and he picked out 2 gorgeous frames (eyeglasses and sunglasses) for me that I wouldn’t even have thought about trying on. I love them and found them really complementary to the shape of my face. I really appreciate how thorough Kevin is when he fit and measured me for both pairs. This is the second time I’ve purchased frames from Kevin and when I’m ready for new ones, he’s the one I’m going to. Thank you Kevin for always being a gentleman and making purchasing eyewear a pleasure!
