They treated us with utmost respect and saw her even though she was late. She spent over an hour with us going over her hearing aids, how to use the app on her phone and answered all of our questions. We were seeing Carolina Hearing Services and they were rude and awful. We knew we needed to go somewhere else and I am SO glad we found Dr. Pietrobono! If you are needing hearing aids or are at a place where you are just a number, please give this doctor a chance! I am a nurse myself and I was VERY pleased with how Dr. Pietrobono took care of my mother my husband and I. I would recommend her to anyone!!!
