  From the first entry into the business, and the initial interactions with the two women who checked me in and got the process started, through and including the man who ordered my glasses, it was the best eye appointment experience I have had in YEARS. the doctor listened to my issues with the old pair that I have been wearing, vs the pair I got last year that I can't wear because they hurt my eyes...she double ✔️ my test results, did a little tweaking, And hit the sweet spot for my best vision. Michael, who helped me decide on frames and set my order up, was super helpful. Can't wait to get my glasses

  Loved the experience! This was my first time getting my eyes checked and they explained what was happening. They also had a great selection of glasses and one of the nice ladies helped me choose which pair to get which I was grateful for :)

  I can highly recommend Dr. Gilmer at LensCrafters - she is a very kind and pleasant person and so thorough in her exam. I will certainly continue to have my eyes exams done by Dr. Gilmer.

  Dr Gilmer and Nickole were professional and efficient. The exam was very personable and I felt all my needs were addressed. The opticians were knowledgeable and took care to ensure I understood the benefits I had as well as obtained the glasses that best suited my needs. Christina and Angela were the 2 people that helped me
