Sue is my absolute favorite! She is a former physical therapist and so knowledgeable about the body.

I had a membership at the Greenville Augusta Rd location before it was damaged. I decided after a few months to try the five forks location. Sara was excellent. I took the center and balance class. I was a little hesitant because I’ve recently been diagnosed with POTS, which causes an elevated heart rate when standing too long or switching positions. She helped me through the class and made sure I was comfortable. I felt the best I’d felt in weeks. Thank you, Sara!

I had a membership with Club Pilates in Greenville for a few months and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. While the trainers themselves are good and knowledgeable, the overall customer experience was extremely frustrating.
First, once you start your membership, you are locked into a 3-month commitment. While that isn’t completely unusual, the bigger issue is actually being able to book classes. By the time monthly credits become available, most classes after 3 PM (when people who work typical 8–5 jobs can attend) are already full and placed on waitlists. Fridays and Sundays also have limited availability, with bookings only going until around noon.
Even when you do get on a waitlist, most of the time you’re notified the same day, sometimes only a few hours before the class, which makes it nearly impossible to plan your schedule around it.
Customer service was the most frustrating part of the experience. No one ever answers the phone, and there doesn’t seem to be a designated person handling membership questions. I tried multiple times over the course of a month to call, leave messages, and even stop by the studio in person to cancel my membership. The trainers there said they couldn’t help because they had to run their classes and asked me to send a message instead. By the time I finally received a response, it was already past the 30-day notice required to avoid being charged for another month.
They say they are willing to work with members who need to cancel, but when I explained that I had an unexpected out-of-state work relocation (with proof available), I was still told I would need to pay for two more months due to their cancellation policy. Considering how slow their response times are and how difficult it is to reach anyone, it feels very unbalanced that only the customer is expected to be flexible.
For a studio that charges premium prices and has so many restrictions, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service.

Rebekah was super fun, gentle, yet firm and helped make the time pass with just enough variety to work everything! This was my first class after the intro. So glad for the time well spent!
