  Wait times are always short. Nurses and Doctors very friendly and really listen and address all our concerns.

  I was seen by Drew Fitschen yesterday and was very pleased with my experience. My visit was very quick, but staff and Dr. Fitschen treated me with great care and was very thorough. I prefer to use this location over other AFC Urgent Cares because of their great service.

  We have visited this Powdersville AFC Urgent Care multiple times. Each time we recited great service. The wait times were reasonable and the staff was efficient. Shawna at the front desk was friendly. Josh made a quick diagnosis and answered all our questions. Shavonne was very helpful in answering an insurance question concerning a previous visit we had. We will definitely go back in the future.

  I took my son on a Friday night to get checked because he had not been feeling well. I made an appointment at 5pm and I got there at 4:50 to check in. We did not get called back to the room until 5:30pm. Once we were in the room I wanted my son’s ears to get checked for an ear infection. The doctor said she could not see his ears because it was too much wax but did not do anything to try and get the wax out to check his ears. Also I told the Ma that roomed me and the doctor that I wanted his meds sent to CVS and then she sent them to Walmart. Overall it was okay but I will not be returning.
