  Prompt attention upon arrival - very easy check in thanks to professional at front desk. Individual who checked all my vitals & issues as well as performing a Covid/ test was very professional, careful to provide test pain free. The individual who shared my results was very professional as well. Answered questions and gave a thorough explanation of diagnosis & next steps. This was all done very quickly & thoroughly. Great team!! Many thanks!’

  I took my husband in today because he had a laceration cut/wound from working helping a friend with their air conditioning. He passed his forearm through a piece of metal causing the laceration. He was hesitant to go to the hospital due to the wait and cost, but I knew he needed medical attention quick. I googled “urgent care near me and “AFC Urgent Care Bon Secours” popped up which was 7 minutes from our home. I quickly got in the car and took him here. The minute we walked in we were greeted by Patricia and filled out the necessary paperwork and told we would be seen as soon as possible. Within 10 minutes we were called in and Kellie Thompson the nurse practitioner came to our rescue! She cleaned the wound and then put “Skin Closure Strips” and covered the wound. I was relieved once she closed his wound and he felt so much better! I highly recommend this urgent care! Their care, professionalism, and quick to attend is what impressed me the most! So, if in need of an urgent care highly recommend them! Thank you!😊
