- EEEnglishNov 16, 20251.0Planet Fitness is Planet Fitness. However, there was a lady at the front desk around 40, I guess. She's kind of rude. My 1st visit. A biracial girl walked in and was wearing some revealing clothes and she (the front desk clerk) kind of looked at me with a smile to see if it would make me uncomfortable. I'm a Muslim woman. I promise, I do not care. I'm biracial too and I do not care. This is America the Melting Pot of the World. It doesn't bother Muslims for the most part because we understand we do not share the same understanding. It is what it is. I asked for a lock, and she said they didn't accept cash and then informed me that they could charge my card on file. She was saying things that was perceived as condescending. For instance, she was speaking to me like I wouldn't have enough money for a 5-dollar lock. When the payment was made, she said something along the lines, wow it went through. I spoke with her multiple times (don't really remember what she said), but she just appears to smile and say slick things in the guise of customer service. Weird and very condescending. I requested to transfer my membership to Summerville. She said that other people were trying to do the same, but it wasn't going through. That it was probably the billing cycle which is tomorrow. Just left like a lot of BS. Will be transferring as soon as possible. I rather Summerville get my money. Creepy Vibes.

I explained that he’s been coming with me to the gym for almost a year. To this he said I could go back home and get his birth certificate to prove his age and get him a membership. When I told him this is the first I’ve heard of it in my almost 10 years of being a member, he quipped “well we’ve only been open for 4 years.” I’ve been a member since 2016 🙄 I’m extremely disappointed in Brandon’s behavior. I understand he’s got a job to do but he didn’t have to do it so rudely.
