Took my first Cardio Barre3 class today and absolutely loved it! It was such a nice change of pace from my usual at home workouts, where it’s easy to stop and take a work call and suddenly the workout turns into an all day or not at all thing. The class was energizing and well paced, and I felt an amazing burn, especially in my abs. I really enjoyed being in a group setting and left feeling strong and motivated. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

Love this community! Recently added Barre3 to my workout routine and I love it! I haven't worked out outside of the house in years and it's been so fun and the ladies are all amazing!

Went to 1 barre class here… was SO overcrowded in that room (for the hour session) I felt as though there wasn’t enough space for me in the little 20x20 ballroom they had set up in there. Instructor Lindsay was really cool, but I felt a general negative vibe being part of that FULL barre class, half of us were unable to keep up. Read the room fam :)

What a warm and welcoming studio! I am so happy to be part of this Barre3 community. The owners and teachers are all terrific. I have enjoyed every class I’ve taken. I feel challenged and energized by the Barre3 Fort Mill experience.
