When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. - SASusan AbromitisAug 29, 20255.0The Barre3 program is forever fresh and explained well by the coaches as the class progresses. I never feel like it’s the same old class. I have some physical complications so I do the Livestream at home. The times work well in my schedule and I can continue when on trips if I want to. The program is science based and with options described by the coaches to work the same parts of the body in a slightly different way, all ages can be successful. I show up 5 days a week and love it!

Instructor Lindsay was really cool, but I felt a general negative vibe being part of that FULL barre class, half of us were unable to keep up. Read the room fam :)
