So here I am running all over Sumter trying to find someone who will do an eye exam so I can run it over on to Eyemart.. Why was there NO ONE that could do an exam (as I was overdue for a script). Went to 3 different places and called 1 place (all in Sumter).. but the place I called routed to Florence. So here I am, day before Christmas flying to Florence for a WALK IN eye exam. When I say that Magnolia Eye Associates did their big one, THEY EXEMPLIFIED EVERYTHING CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE! They made my experience probably the best Ive had in the last 5-10 years (2 different eye doctors). I can't recall the DRs name right now, but the front counter staff, the staff that ran tests on my eyes, and the DR, 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I can't wait to schedule my routine visit with them. I LIVE FOR POSITIVE EXPERIENCES AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Again, the staff was NOTHING short of amazing, the services I received were SUPERIOR from the moment I walked in until the time I left. Customer service was excellent, friendly, and professional.
