I was greeted immediately by a very friendly man who ask how he can help me I told him that I was looking to get new frames and he showed me the inventory. I have to mention that there was a lot of frames in all price ranges and very, very nice quality pieces as I was looking at them. A very nice associate named Raven came over and asked her if she can assist me and I was grateful because I did need help picking out frames. She picked out a great selection of frames and I picked out one that I really liked and she continued on to proceed with getting all the information needed to complete the frames. She was very sweet very knowledgeable, very professional and such a nice person that I actually felt. I was talking to a friend. It was a pleasure to have her help me and to talk to while I was figuring out what kind of frames I needed and also what my Vision Care coverage would pay. It was a very pleasant experience and I’m going to tell everyone I know to check them out because not only do they have a great staff. They really have nice frames and one pair of my glasses was completed in 18 minutes. You can’t ask for anything better than that. This is a place to go to in Florence South Carolina on McLeod Blvd. Fast service, but they are thorough in helping you and I couldn’t ask for anything more
