  I guess customer service just like most places is the same not good pay somebody 12,000 an hour sit in a room with a phone to answer it instead of going through the automated which is absolutely terrible. It’s not that hard you pay someone $12 an hour and explain to him how to answer the phone And put him in the direction in regard to what you’re looking for your business will increase if you just talk to people because people will hang up and just call the next place finding someone who will answer the phone And talk not a machine

  I am here from Michigan for vacation and needed blood work done. I chose the Conway location based upon reviews. Arrived a little early and was seen right away. Mona was very friendly and I didn't feel a thing when blood was drawn. She is definitely the best phlebotomist I have ever had! Thank you, Mona!

  I don’t know her name. But the Latina woman who works there that calls everyone “love” is just the best. Like actually amazing. I hope she’s getting paid in gold. I’m a new adult trying to figure out how to do this on my own and she was helpful, even coming up to help me just because I looked confused rather than me having to look for someone to help me. She truly cares and I’m so Thankful for her being the one I got to see

  Exceptional svc. Lisa and your customer svc rep Melissa. I left my phone at quest and both helped and Melissa made a follow up call to be sure i picked up my phone. In today's world that is incredible service. Those ladies deserve 👏 and a raise. Thank you again, ladies!
