  I took my Ray Ban glasses to this location on February 19th.I got a call from them on March 5th telling me my lenses are ready for pickup.I got to the store with my frames and for whatever reason they had an issue popping the lenses on the frames.They did made me aware that they would have to send the lenses to Lens Crafters so they can shave them down so that the lenses will fit in the frame.My husband went to go pick up the glasses the next day which was Mach 6th.When he came home with the glasses and I tried them on it look like I was looking from here to Mt Rushmore with those glasses.I don't know WHO prescription they had put inside of those lenses but it most definitelywas NOT for my eyes.They don't NEVER have to worry about me coming back no more.That was my 1st and last.Thank god for my husband he went out and brought me another pair today.

  The frames I selected are shown as 50% off but when checking out, they are only 40% off. Young man helping me couldn’t correct this error except to offer me a coupon for 50% off the frames but then I couldn’t use my 10% off code. Frustrating!

  Had to leave and go to Stanton Optical due to no effort in rescheduling an apt. No other times were offered from over a month out. Got an exam the same day from Stanton. I believe the receptionist did not even try.
