- RDRachel DavisMar 31, 20265.0I was pretty unhappy with the care my granddaughter received at the Southern Meds Red Bank location. Once Dr Draffin left; that place was not a place of comfort and kindness for my granddaughter. A nurse even cut my granddaughter with a hypodermic while giving vaccines and couldn’t even be bothered to apologize. My granddaughter was laying still and didn’t do anything to cause that to happen. . The nurse left a 2 inch gash in her right thigh that is now quite the scar. After repeated visits feeling 100% of Dr Acuff’ and Dr. Boltin’s “bedside manner” I made an appointment at the Garners Ferry Rd location because I just didn’t want to watch my grand deal with that treatment.. I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!! Allyson Von Kannel is so incredibly kind and thorough. Sadie loves her so much. Everything I felt concerned about in regards to Sadie’s health was taken with listening ears and a knowledge and kindness all children deserve from their doctors. She is absolutely the best pediatric practitioner I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I could tell that building a relationship and trust with my granddaughter, and providing her with the care she needs is important to Allyson Taylor Von Kannel. She is the reason my granddaughter is still a patient at SouthernMed Pediatrics. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Allyson♥️.
- DMDelaney MorganMar 5, 20265.0Nurse Ally is amazing. We have brought our son to this office since he was born. Making an appointment online is easy and convenient. It is nice we can also drop by for weigh in’s in case we are worried on how our baby is growing. Ally takes the time to get to know you and your family and you never feel rushed. She is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and a great nurse practitioner. We feel very comfortable coming here.
