  I had the same experience as another reviewer mentioned below. We originally missed our appointment in July, and we never received a follow-up to reschedule. My son began having problems in school, which led me to give them another try in September. Since then, there has been very little to no communication from the therapist. I called and left several messages requesting a follow-up, but I never received a call back. I wanted to know what goals my child was working on so we could support him at home and possibly at school, but I wasn’t given any information or guidance to help my child progress. Overall, the experience was not what I expected. I only know the therapist’s name because the receptionist mentioned it during a call.

  After a month of taking my child here I felt like there was no productive communication from the therapist. Initially I was asked what my goals were for our child and if I wanted my child screened for specific conditions. But I never recieved a follow up on any plans for screening or even any advice on how I could help my child accomplish the goals from the therapy sessions. It felt like a very cold experience, I don't think she ever even introduced herself formally. I only know her name from the website.
