  From the front office staff to the hygienist and doctor they were extremely kind and patient. They helped immediately when we called with our emergency and made sure we felt comfortable and pain free throughout our procedure. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

  If I could give this place 7 stars, I would! For the past couple of weeks I’ve been dealing with the worst pain from a cracked tooth, like worse than wisdom tooth pain. It got so bad it started going into my ear and the whole side of my face, and I couldn’t even sleep at night. At 3am, I literally could not take the pain anymore and started looking for an emergency dentist that takes new patients without insurance. I came across this office and was a little skeptical since it’s new and didn’t have many reviews, but I’m so glad I came. I called when they opened and spoke with Andrew, and he was super friendly and helpful. What really stood out was that he gave me an estimated price over the phone, WHICH MOST PLACES WONT DO UNLESS THEY HAVE SEEN YOU FIRST. When I got there I was greeted by Andrew (who smile lights up the entire place) everything moved fast. After my exam and X-rays (which is a set price of $140) I was seen within like 10 minutes. Jamie and Dr. Gambrell were both really nice, they answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable. I ended up needing a root canal and after signing some paperwork, I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I felt little to no pain during the procedure!! If you’re dealing with tooth pain and can’t be seen by your primary dentist, somewhere fast, professional, and actually caring, I highly recommend this place!

  SC Emergency Dental has an outstanding care team. They were thorough and went the extra mile to ensure my insurance coverage and out of pocket costs were accurate. Dr. Gambrell had an excellent bedside manner and carefully examined my 16 year old’s wisdom tooth as it was coming in. He clearly explained what was happening, provided helpful aftercare guidance, and gave appropriate referrals. This visit was truly a lifesaver, especially since we are traveling out of town. He made sure my son had everything he needed to stay comfortable during travel and also provided a prescription just in case we needed it while away. Overall, it was a superb care and office experience. I believe my entire family will be visiting Dr. Gambrell at Elite Smiles. You have definitely gained a family of new clients.

  I stopped by this morning because of some pain after an extraction and was greeted by Andrew who was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Gambrell was very thorough and helped take care of it right away. I would definitely recommend this office if you need after hours dental care!

  Dr. Gambrell and his entire staff treated me and my daughter with kindness From the time that we walked in the door. The level of professionalism was nothing like I have ever experienced before. My daughter was in a lot of pain and Dr. Gambrell was able evaluate her and help get her out of pain. She is doing really well, we are about a month out from the procedure she had. I recommended this office for ALL emergency dental needs. My heart is still grateful for how this visit went and how comfortable they made me and my daughter feel.
